Eastwood City’s Scradey Cats & Dogs Halloween Special

Actually it should have been called “Eastwood’s Scradey Cats, Dogs, Children, and Cosplay. =)

Eastwood City organized this advanced Halloween special last October 26, 2008 for a contest on dressed-up cats and dogs in iconic and scary costumes.

This being a Sunday, it became a family day as well in Eastwood city since there was also a costume contest segment for children.

The event started off with a parade. It was followed by the costume contests proper. After the awarding, different establishments and restaurants were invaded by children getting their share in the ‘trick or treat’.
