Fully Booked, Fully Blogged
Monday, December 1, 2008
Fully Booked offically launched the Blogger’s Book Club (BBC) last October 29, 2008 at their flagship bookstore at Bonifacio High Street, The Fort. Led by Fully Booked marketing manager Rhea Llamas and events manager Aimee Diego, this great news was revealed to more than a hundred invited blogger-guests during the first Fully Booked Blogger’s Day. It was organized in partnership with Yehey! and the good food was provided by Hizon’s Catering.
This online-based book club aims to build and nurture a community of bookworms and bloggers. It would also serve as a venue where the club members could share their passion in books through book launches, “Book and Movie Days” and exclusive Meet-and-Greet-with-authors events.
As an initial activity, Fully Booked has just launched the Spotlight Review section in their website FullyBookedOnline.com. Every week starting December, this section shall host a chosen book club member’s submitted review of a given book title. This shall be featured in the Fully Booked eZine as well. Of course, this is exclusive to the club members and the chosen review gets a surprise gift from Fully Booked.
Other ongoing promotions of Fully BooKed this December include give-aways of 2 Twilight Movie Companion Books every week, the Twilight Collector’s Edition and a grand raffle draw on December 31. Please do check FullyBookedOnline.com for details on these.
